Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced out-of-pocket personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is separate from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Many plans tend to have "IN-NETWORK" and "OUT-OF-NETWORK" benefits. Once treatment has started, as a courtesy to you, we will assist you in filing your claims. We are a preferred provider for AETNA PPO & AETNA/DHA; Cigna Core, PPO & Radius; Delta Dental PPO and Premier; Humana Dental; MetLife;  Guardian; Principal; United Concordia/Tricare and United Concordia.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our secure patient form. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA)and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

We can also help you with your Flexible Spending Account and Health Saving Account annual allotments. Simply come in for your complimentary consultation and get a preliminary estimate of orthodontic and orthopedic treatment costs. Putting aside pre-tax dollars allows you to pay for treatment and maximize your tax benefits at the same time.
